

Space Escape room
This project was about creating modules and puzzles for an escape room for 2 players. We created a space-themed escape room, in which players are "stranded" on an alien planet. They must solve all puzzles to collect all the components necessary to reconstruct their spaceship, and fly home.
The approach I and the team took to design a puzzle was to start from the solution: what is the goal? How will the user interact with it to get to said goal? What can we hide to make the puzzle challenging, but not have it turn into a frustrating, unsolvable experience? Besides learning technical skills, this project further aided my vision of incorporating playful design into a fun, tangible experience to encourage interaction and a sense of exploration.
